Did you smile today?
At breakfast, on your way to work
Just for no reason, just because it’s not that bad
Stay late in bed, cuddle up, why bother
Besides, what did you say today
” Just thank you, because in spite of all
“I am still alive and I’ve got some faith left
And that means I’m damn lucky! ”
Even if nothing has changed behind the window glass,
And life’s routine the same, as it has always been
So did you smile today?
If not, then smile. Smile eye to eye.

А вы сегодня улыбались?
За завтраком, поездкой на работу
За то, что жить не так, уж, плохо
Пусть просыпаться рано не охота.
А вы сегодня говорили —
«спасибо» всем ветрам на зло
«За то, что я живу и верю.
И мне, чертовски, повезло!»
Пусть за окном не поменялось,
И в жизни тоже — как всегда.
А вы сегодня улыбались?
Улыбками — Глаза в глаза.
