Each moment in time is a precious event
A colourful imprint of life that’s been spent
As expressive moments in time go by
A deep inner feeling of not knowing why
Expression of feeling the need to take part
Someone to love that will capture the heart
A place to be that will take the breath away
Somewhere special where it’s peaceful to stay
Moments in life when time just stands still
Elated when reaching the top of each hill
Love and hate have a fine line between them
Hate is destructive, while love is a gem
Each moment is like a snapshot in time
Things might be sad or they might be fine
A lifetime of expressions to always treasure
Moments in time are captured forever
Time goes by leaving trails like a snail
Each and every moment leaves it’s own tale
Sorrow or happiness it doesn’t come twice
Just like a cake when it’s minus a slice
