Snake eggs
Universe’s architect
Likes to reuse designs
To repeat itself
In a way
Only a lovely mother
Would appreciate
Repeating patterns
Aggregated building blocks
Some people say
I mean eggs
But of snakes
I’m talking about
Saturday morning rain
And of talking to you
In vain
Knowing that you
Are very far away
