Hey birds
you rosellas and mynas
and magpies
it’s nice Spring and the flowers
are in bloom
in my garden;
and it’s good to see you flying about
as in a Walt Disney movie
and see you hover at the flowers
or on the lawn
but really, must you sit on the fence
and shit on my side of the garden?
why don’t you turn your butt around
and drop it in my neighbor’s colorless yard?
